HadToSay provides a way to send a message anonymously, via their site. The message will be made public but the sender and the recipient information are kept private. Confused? The site explains it better:
Print a HadToSay.com note card at home, then discretely give it to someone. The coded note card directs them back to the site to retrieve a message you've left for them. If they choose, they may respond.
Neat, huh? It's completely free too.

If you can't find an answer, you can submit a question via a form on the site.
